The handout contained a six-page “Model Litigation Audit Checklist,” which would help any inside lawyer speak to executives about such topics as the basic elements of litigation, privilege, document retention, legal risks at meetings and associations, depositions, and testifying. The material originally came from Boise Cascade’s legal department, but the handout listed a contact person at ACC, Jim Merklinger.
