A four-time general counsel

Mary Anne Hynes has been the general counsel of four companies, as reported in Corporate Counsel, Vol. 13, June 2006 at 59. She was the general counsel of CCH Inc. from 1978 to 1995. For the next two years Hynes was the General Counsel of Wolters Kluwer, a Dutch publisher. From approximately 1997 until 2006 she served as the general counsel for IMC Global, before come becoming the general counsel of a fourth company in 2006 — Corn Products International.
